We’re thrilled to share that our room block at the Park Town Hotel has officially sold out — a great sign of the strong excitement and momentum surrounding the upcoming conference!
The hotel management is continuing to work closely with us to accommodate additional room requests for our members. To help streamline this process, all new booking requests will now be coordinated directly with the Hotel Manager.
Please note that the hotel does not offer double-queen rooms. However, if you are planning to share a room, this can still be arranged using a pull-out bed. To request a room, please email Mike Ingram at cice@ppoc.ca with the following details:
· Full name
· Check-in date
· Check-out date
· Single or double occupancy
Early Bird conference pricing remains available until February 15, and the hotel is aware of this timeline as they continue to support our attendees.
